Request for Repair – Durham Housing

Durham Region Non-Profit Housing Corporation (DRNPHC) is a social housing provider that owns and manages more than 1100 apartment and townhouse rental units at 19 sites across Durham Region in the Province of Ontario. The purpose of this website is to provide general information about the Corporation, its policies, operations, and mission as part of an overall communication strategy for all of our stakeholders.

For non-emergency maintenance requests, please submit a request utilizing the form below or you may contact our office at: 905-436-6610 during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm)

If this is an emergency, please contact your site Superintendent immediately. Alternatively, you can contact our office at: 905-436-6610 for a 24 hour emergency response.

Please allow at least 2 business days to receive your 24 hour notice of entry from the date you submitted a request.

Note: DRNPHC endeavours to respond to maintenance requests as soon as possible. Your request will be reviewed and assigned in priority sequence. Any repairs requiring an outside contractor may take longer to complete.
