There are three easy steps to ensuring that your household
maintains its eligibility for RGI assistance:
- Report Changes
Report any change in the source or amount of your
income, assets, or if you have any changes in your unit
occupancy within 10 days of the change occurring.
- Provide Documentation
Reporting changes is only part of your obligation.
You must provide our office with documentation to support
the change(s) you've reported within the time limits
advised.
- Ask Questions
If you are unsure of what documents we require or
have any other questions regarding your rent subsidy,
please contact our office*. Finding out what you need
to do to remain eligible for subsidy can help you avoid
retroactive arrears, termination of your subsidy, or
even termination of your tenancy.
