The Tenant Services Division is responsible for

• the processing and re-rental of both market and rent-geared-to-income (RGI) vacancies
• the annual review of eligibility for existing RGI assistance tenants
• the update and maintenance of the Region's centralized waiting list in its role as a Satellite Office
• community relations, i.e. assisting with tenant issues, facilitating tenant connections with support services, and providing support for tenant associations
