The Housing Operations division is responsible for:
- the
inspection and maintenance of properties, including
buildings, equipment, grounds and individual
units
- the
preparation and monitoring of operating and capital
budgets
- monitoring the work of contractors
- the response
to and investigation of resident concerns,
i.e. noise complaints, tenant charge backs for damages and
parking issues.
