Generally, the Corporation conducts it’s Tenders by invitation only to prequalified contractors/suppliers. At the close of a Tender, and after analyzing the bids submitted, the successful bidder is issued a contract and the unsuccessful bidders are so advised. The Corporation engages consulting firms from time to time to assist with the preparation of specifications, the tender call and project management.

Some examples of annual Tender calls include carpet cleaning, carpet and tile replacement, gas-fired appliance (boilers and make-up air units maintenance), seasonal maintenance and eaves trough cleaning.

Some separate examples of "one of” capital tenders are asphalt repair/replacement, shingle replacement/roof repairs, fencing and masonry repairs.
