How to Become a Supplier
A contractor or supplier indicating to the Corporation their
desire to be included on the approved vendor's list
must first submit the following documentation for
consideration:
- description of services provided
- three references,
preferably associated with the housing sector,
along with written authorization for the
Corporation to contact said references
- a Clearance
Certificate from WSIB
- a current Certificate
of Insurance*
*A sample Certificate of Insurance will be provided
upon request. |
