Many of DRNPHC's sites have common room/community centres which
can be rented by tenants and community groups. The most frequently
held events include birthday parties, reunions, card nights and
seasonal celebrations. Tenants wishing to rent common rooms/community
centres must complete an application form indicating the date
and details of their event. The completed application must be
sent to 28A Albert Street, Oshawa. To be considered for approval,
the application form must be accompanied by the appropriate room
rental fee and damage deposit and the tenant can have no arrears
owing on their account or outstanding tenancy issues. (Click

paid by cash, certified cheque or money order. For information
