A fee for replacement keys applies to non-duplicating or security keys only, such as those that allow access into an apartment building. (Click here for Schedule of Fees) For tenants who have lost or misplaced such keys, the fee must be paid at the Corporation's Head Office. A receipt will be issued for the payment. That receipt must be shown to the Superintendent as proof the fee has been paid. The Superintendent will then issue a replacement key.
